Phoenix Tailings is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer who will play a critical role in developing and validating the electrical systems that power the next generation of clean metals production. This engineer will lead the design, testing, and deployment of electrical power and instrumentation systems that support new processing technologies. The role requires a hands‑on builder who can turn rough requirements into fully engineered solutions, demonstrate electrical systems with rigorous calculations and testing, and help accelerate the deployment of infrastructure that enables sustainable critical metals production.
Salary Range: $120,000- $160,000/year
Pay Range: $120,000- $160,000 total cash compensation plus equity
