Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• Valid state teaching license or ability to obtain.
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality, standards-aligned instruction in all core subject areas, with a strong emphasis on literacy and mathematics.
• Implement CKLA curriculum with fidelity to build students’ reading, writing, and knowledge across content areas.
• Utilize Ready Mathematics to provide data-driven, differentiated math instruction.
• Analyze student data regularly to inform instruction and support student growth.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse academic and social-emotional needs of students.
• Foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaborative learning.
• Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and classroom activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues, instructional coaches, and leadership to improve instructional practices.
• Participate in professional development and school-wide initiatives.
• Support the school’s mission by promoting character development and community involvement.
