Minimum Requirements:

  • Current licensure issued by the Ohio Department of Education

Responsibilities:

  • Develop lesson plans and instructional materials, providing individualized and small group instruction to meet student needs
  • Use multiple approaches to instruction for diverse learning needs
  • Engage in active, hands-on, creative, and innovative teaching methods
  • Identify and build on student strengths
  • Follow district programming in academic, behavioral, and emotional support
  • Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor student progress and inform instruction
