Minimum Requirements:
- Current licensure issued by the Ohio Department of Education
- Be flexible in your work schedule and willing to attend/participate in professional development sessions
- Be willing to serve on teams
- Have the ability to relate to and teach students with diverse backgrounds

Responsibilities:
- Develop lesson plans and instructional materials, providing individualized and small group instruction to meet student needs
- Use multiple approaches to instruction for diverse learning needs
- Engage in active, hands-on, creative, and innovative teaching methods
- Identify and build on student strengths
- Follow district programming in academic, behavioral, and emotional support
- Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor student progress and inform instruction
- Evaluate, grade, and assess student work
- Maintain class records and report grades and progress
- Provide instruction to students with varying capabilities and needs, including SEL support
- Assist students in developing responsible behaviors and positive work ethics
- Collaborate with colleagues and support building and district programs
- Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding student and classroom issues
- Maintain a professional demeanor and exemplify responsible leadership
- Perform other duties as assigned
