Responsibilities

Instruct athletes in the fundamental skills, strategy and physical training necessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success.
Serve as a mentor and role model for student athletes through instructions and actions.
Advise, coordinate and support a staff of high school assistant coaches and middle school coaches with the athletic director and principals.
Assist in scheduling, transportation and requirements for tournaments and special sport events.
Maintain discipline, supervise staff, and ensure safety and proper conduct; manage equipment and facilities.
