A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Software Engineer.

Position type: Full-time, Contract

Duration: 12+ Months

Location: Hazelwood, MO

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design, architecture, and development of simulation models, visualizations, virtual environments, and frameworks to improve test performance, safety, and durability of systems.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to review and identify simulation requirements.
3. Conduct modeling, simulation, testing, and analysis to optimize system performance.
4. Collect and process data for simulations and validate software models against real-world data.
5. Maintain technical documentation of code, algorithms, and models.
6. Integrate simulation software with hardware systems in collaboration with engineering teams.
7. Implement and modernize simulation tools, migrate legacy systems, and manage simulation projects.
8. Participate in full software development lifecycle including requirements, design, implementation, testing, and integration, with an emphasis on real-time 3D rendering and graphics for pilot training environments.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay Range: $75 - $85 per hour (based on experience and other factors)
