Qualifications

• Two years minimum industrial pipe welding experience
• Ability to pass a 6G Weld test within the first week
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive long distances
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs regularly
• Comfort working in hot/cold environments

Responsibilities

• Set up weld equipment and fit piping to specifications
• Perform open root welding (no insert)
• Weld 50" diameter pipes in 8 hours
• Assist jobsite team with insulation, electrical, and painting
• Load rigging, torch cutting, and leveling with measurement tools
• Operate grinders and wire wheels
• Perform additional duties on job sites as needed
