Altar’d State is expanding its team for a Brand Representative (Sales Associate) who will deliver outstanding guest experiences, share product knowledge, and uphold our sanctuary-like store environment. The role emphasizes relationship building and passing along the brand’s mission of giving back.

As a Brand Representative, you will support daily store operations, process transactions, and contribute to visual merchandising while representing an equal-opportunity employer that values diversity

• Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform tasks.
• Able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly.

• Drive revenue by delivering exceptional guest service and building relationships with guests.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and daily sales tasks with a customer-focused mindset.
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash and change.

• Keep store clean, organized, and presentable; assist with inventory prep.

May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location.
