Eagle Crest Rapid Recovery is seeking caring nursing professionals in Houston to monitor patients, provide compassionate care, and coordinate with physicians to develop individualized care plans. The role involves routine procedures, charting, and medication administration per doctor orders.

Qualifications

• Licensed LVN/RN required.
• Prior experience preferred but new grads are welcome.

• Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to create individualized care plans.
• Perform routine procedures and fill in patient charts.
• Adjust and administer medications per physician orders.

• Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ charts.
• Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders.
