As society evolves, so must our approach to aging. Senior Lives Matter recognizes that many older adults possess a wealth of experience, knowledge, and skills that are often overlooked. By providing them with roles that are not physically demanding, such as front desk employees or administrative support, we can tap into this valuable resource, benefiting both the seniors and the employers.
