Job summary

Verista is hiring a Complaint Investigator / Quality Specialist in Fishers, IN to review and investigate complaint information, perform visual/functional assessments, and document history in Veeva. This role requires independent decision-making, advanced MS Office skills, and at least 2 years of experience.

The position involves researching deviations, CAPA-related data, and collaborating with data stewards to gather insights. Competitive pay and a strong growth culture are provided.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated capability to deliver on Quality Specialist responsibilities.
• Ability to make independent sound decisions and independently manage priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to generate high-quality project deliverables independently by required due dates.
• Capacity to identify issues and proactively elevate to the project lead.
• Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint capabilities.
• Minimum 2 years of role relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and investigate complaint information provided
• Perform visual/functional assessment as required
• Utilize Veeva to record and document Complaint History
• Research Deviation, Batch Record Review, Design History File/FMEA Review, Product Safety Assessment and Product Impact Evaluation background information pertaining to complaint
• Contact data stewards in order to gain more insight into complaint and gather data as needed
• Utilize Root Cause Investigation Summary and CAPA Overview as necessary to inform investigation
• Author Templates for basic complaints and complex complaints
• Utilize Templates to expedite the investigation write-up process for future complaint investigations

The actual salary is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs, market demand, and competitive market practice. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
