A Nanny Match is seeking a Newborn Care Specialist for a temporary assignment on the Lower East Side of Manhattan. The role centers on safeguarding a five-month-old and maintaining sleep and feeding schedules in a highly attentive care environment.

The candidate should have 5+ years of newborn care experience, be CPR/First Aid trained, fully vaccinated, and legally eligible to work in the U.S. Extension into February may be possible.

#648 – Newborn Care Specialist on the Lower East Side

Start Date: November 30 or December 1, 2026

Length of Contract: 8-9 weeks, with the possibility of an extension into February by mutual agreement.

Schedule

• Ideally 7 nights per week.
• Monday – Friday: 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m
• Saturday and Sunday: ideally 4:00 pm – 10:00 am
• Hours and nights may be reduced by mutual agreement as the baby’s sleep patterns develop.
• December 24-25 will be given off with pay,, as well as 28-Jan 2

Child’s age: The baby will be five months old at the start of the contract. The family is currently living outside the city and working with a Newborn Care Specialist.
