Job summary

TALENT Software Services is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for a six-month temporary assignment in California. The RN will provide high-quality patient care, work with interdisciplinary teams, and rotate shifts including morning, afternoon, and early-evening options.

Requirements include an active CA RN license and BLS/CPR certification. A BSN is preferred, and a minimum of one year of RN experience is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; BSN preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Active California RN license; BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with clinical standards.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and treatment plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and wellness practices.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Adhere to healthcare regulations, policies, and patient safety protocols.
