Job summary

Firefly Aerospace is seeking an E-Learning Developer to transform instructional designs into high-quality interactive courses, videos, and multimedia assets. You will work with the Talent Development team to create scalable digital learning experiences supporting employee performance and compliance.

The role focuses on Storyline 360/Rise 360, multimedia production, and AI-assisted workflows. A 6-month contract, with strong emphasis on technical training in aerospace and ITAR considerations.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional certification in Education, Instructional Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, multimedia production, or communications preferred.
• Equivalent experience considered in lieu of formal education.
• Strong eLearning development and multimedia production background.
• Experience turning complex technical content into accessible learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop Storyline 360 and Rise 360 courses from approved storyboards and instructional design plans.
• Produce instructional videos, motion graphics, and multimedia assets for technical training.
• Apply branding, accessibility, and quality standards across deliverables.
• Publish and test SCORM-compliant courses in the LMS.
