Anova Education is hiring a 1.0 FTE Special Education Teacher for Bethel School District in Eugene, Oregon, for the 2026-2027 school year. Successful candidates will receiveBethel School District’s $4,000 Special Education Hiring Incentive!

Educators must be fully and appropriately licensed by Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC) to be eligible for this incentive. Restricted license holders will not be eligible. The hiring incentive applies to individuals newly employed by the district. This incentive will be prorated based on the employee’s hire date.

• $1,000 bonus after 30 days of work
• $750 in December paycheck
• $750 in March paycheck
• $1,500 in June at the conclusion of the school year
