Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution.
• Ability to align with state standards and Prep curricula.
• Strong communication and classroom management.

Responsibilities

• Implement state learning standards and curricula to meet expectations.
• Deliver content and grade-level objectives and texts.
• Submit weekly lesson plans two weeks in advance for feedback.
• Utilize assessments to monitor progress and adjust plans.
• Engage with families weekly about student progress.
• Contribute to school culture and attend meetings and events.
• Commit to 37.5+ hours on-site per week.
• Support tutoring and after-school activities as needed.
