Responsibilities

• Maintain effective communication with students, parents, and stakeholders.
• Engage in planned professional quality improvement for self and school.
• Use strategies promoting critical, creative, and evaluative thinking in students.
• Reflect diverse student cultures, learning styles, and needs in instruction.
• Adhere to ethics and regulations of Florida education standards.
• Create positive learning environments supporting intellectual and social development.
• Demonstrate subject matter knowledge and effective instruction across environments.
• Establish classroom management and active student engagement.
• Plan, align, implement, and evaluate instruction and assessments.

• Integrate technology in teaching and learning processes.
• Complete ESOL training if LEP students are assigned.
