Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate teaching skills and knowledge in assigned academic area and provide effective instruction.
• Instruct pupils in subject matter per state law and district regulations.
• Develop lesson plans and adapt curriculum to individual pupil needs.
• Evaluate pupil progress and maintain appropriate records.
• Communicate with parents about pupil progress and school programs.
• Collaborate with staff to support pupil health, attitude and learning.
• Create an engaging learning environment with displays and centers.
• Maintain professional development activities and inventory records.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
