Summary

The Full Time Key Holder assists the management team in motivating and inspiring their team to achieve store productivity goals. They assist the management team to develop action plans and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work as part of the management team to achieve the store’s sales plans through consistent sales motivation, staff training, and customer service.
  • Achieve personal sales goals.
  • Develop a selling culture in the store.
  • Model exemplary selling techniques and customer service.
  • Train, supervise, and develop all store associates in customer service, company history, product knowledge, visual merchandising, and store operations.
  • Lead the team to ensure that all members of the store team are goal oriented, motivated, and productive.
  • Ensure that all case lines are clean, pricing is correct and product is well merchandised.
  • Manage the store when the General Manager and Assistant Manager are not present.
  • Maintain adequate sales floor coverage.
  • Track and ensure that KPI metrics are clearly communicated and achieved.
  • Work with the management team to ensure that sales associates are developing and maintaining long-term clients through effective customer service.
Qualifications
  • Flexible with work schedule to work days, evenings, weekends, per the needs of the business.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; or one to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Retail jewelry and watch experience highly desirable.
