Qualifications

Must be a Christian with an Elder-qualified character (1 Timothy 3:1-7; Titus 1:5-9)
Must be a maturing believer who shows the fruit of the Spirit in daily walk (Galatians 5:22-23)
Must embrace Christ Chapel's doctrinal position and constitution without reservation
Preferred – bachelor’s degree or seminary degree and 2 years church or parachurch experience

Responsibilities

Equip leaders to disciple students and shepherd male leaders
Recruit, train, and develop leaders to strengthen student ministry
Create environments that support student-leader relationships and campus trips
Lead a compelling weekly Sunday morning program for 5th grade and bolster Home Group ministry for Middle School students
Build relationships with local schools and maintain contact with them
Report to West Campus 5th-8th Minister
Work with the 5th-8th Team to deliver biblically grounded ministry and outreach
