Evolution Gaming Limited in Grand Rapids is hiring for an on-camera live dealer role. You will host live casino games like Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, and game show–style titles, welcome players, explain rules, announce winners, and keep the game moving with a friendly, entertaining presence.

This full‑time evening shift (5pm–1am) offers a modern studio, paid training, PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, uncapped tips, and guaranteed tips.

Qualifications

• Evening and night-side workers are a good fit for this role.
• No casino experience required. We will train you.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable working on camera.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
• Able to pass required background checks.
• Able to obtain a Michigan gaming license — we help with the process.
