Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight in a safe, productive, and claims-free manner
• Maximize space when loading freight, even though not working inside a warehouse
• Complete pre and post trip inspections on all dock equipment
• Properly document all freight control processes
• Participate in training and improvement programs
• Be available for irregular work schedules and shifts
• Adhere to Dayton Freight’s operational procedures and guidelines

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Basic math skills
• Fluent in English
• Able to pass a drug screen
