Job summary

CED Systems is seeking a Telecommunications Civil Technician to install, test, and maintain wireless cellular equipment. You will read prints, assemble cabinets, run fiber jumpers, and ensure safety protocols and OSHA standards are followed.

You will coordinate with customers, inspect installations, perform acceptance tests, and keep detailed records. The role requires 3+ years of field experience, basic tools, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in field technical operations and/or network construction.
• Experience with Nokia System & Airscale modules and radios is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Small Cell installation in cabinets and at heights.
• Troubleshoot RF and fiber line issues on Small Cell cabinets or poles.
• Read work orders, prints, and wire cabinets; label fiber jumpers.
