The candidate should be self-motivated, take initiative, and plan priorities. Schedule in Keasbey NJ, Mon-Fri, 6:00AM-2:30AM, full-time; weekly pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning duties such as disinfecting, mopping, sweeping and vacuuming.
• Self-motivated and able to plan, prioritize and take initiative on the job.
• Willingness to start promptly and maintain responsibility throughout shifts.

Responsabilités

• Clean buildings by trash removal, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and surface cleaning.
• Monitor security and safety, lock doors after hours and check electrical equipment usage.
• Use cleaning solutions properly with PPE and follow SDS.
• Clean windows, mirrors and dust furniture; service restrooms with disinfectants.
• Arrive on time and report needed repairs on equipment.

The responsibility of a Professional Cleaner is to maintain a worksite in optimum conditions through tasks such as disinfecting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming, among other duties while reporting issues to the supervisor.

The ideal candidate would be a self-motivated, self-starter who can plan, prioritize, and take the initiative on the job. We are looking for individuals with a high degree of responsibility who are ready to start working.

Schedule:

Keasbey NJ

Monday - Friday 6:00AM - 2:30AM Full time

Pa time - Monday - Friday

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clean buildings by emptying trash, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning surfaces as assigned.
• Monitor building's security and safety by locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.
• Properly use cleaning solutions and chemicals to remove stains and clean surfaces.
• Use approved cleaning solutions with proper PPE as required and must follow SDS.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using proper cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Dust furniture and scrub surface clean.
• Clean and service restrooms with mops and proper disinfectants.
• Arrive on time for the shift as scheduled and complete all work in the allotted time.
• Identify and report needed repairs on equipment to ensure they are well-maintained.
• Cross-train on other duties or areas as assigned by Supervisor.
