Job summary

Sevita’s Mentor Community Services program in Chambersburg, PA is hiring a Day Program Assistant for a full-time, Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. shift.

You’ll support individuals with developmental differences, build meaningful relationships, and help participants pursue independence through daily activities, exercise, budgeting, and nutrition. What You’ll Bring To Sevita

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
• Vehicle: Valid Driver\'s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
