Job summary:

As a 55ip Enterprise Advisor Service Associate within the Client Advisory team, you will play a key role in delivering a top-tier client experience. Your responsibilities include supporting clients from onboarding through ongoing platform use, and supporting operational functions that improve client satisfaction and assist internal teams. As the firm and team expand, your role as a central figure in the Client Solutions group will become increasingly vital. You will deliver excellent client service and contribute to operational processes, reporting, and system improvements.

Job responsibilities:

  1. Respond to client inquiries via email and phone.
  2. Notify clients of operational updates via email.
  3. Assist in reporting for trading operations.
  4. Collaborate with Advisor Success Managers, providing operational expertise for client servicing.
  5. Support onboarding of new clients and integration of account information with 55ip platforms.
  6. Gather client feedback for product and technology teams.
  7. Work with Product and Marketing teams to develop client-facing materials.

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

  • Experience working with custodians such as Fidelity, Schwab, Pershing, Raymond James.
  • Knowledge of investment and account management questions.
  • Experience working with Investment Advisors.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Service Cloud.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

  • Experience with Python is a plus.
