Role Overview: We seek EMT Basic, EMT Advanced, and Paramedic professionals for our Plasma Donation Centers. Salary depends on licensure and experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform physical exams and review medical histories to assess donor suitability
• Build rapport with donors to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain donor and staff confidentiality
• Educate donors on health and test results
• Manage donor injuries and adverse events
• Evaluate health histories for ongoing suitability
• Assist in employee training and administer hepatitis vaccines

Minimum Requirements:

• Current certification/licensure as RN, LPN, LVN, Paramedic, or EMT in the state of employment; CPR certification required

Physical and Other Attributes:

• Ability to stand, sit, bend, and twist for extended periods
• Manual dexterity and coordination
• Light lifting (up to 15 lbs.) and occasional heavier lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Good vision and hearing acuity
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing demands
• Work in a plasma center environment with exposure to biological fluids and extreme cold, requiring PPE
