Job summary

Apara Autism Centers in San Antonio is looking for an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. You will implement treatment plans created by a BCBA and monitor progress while supporting families.

Requirements include a high school diploma (Bachelor’s in a related field preferred), experience with kids, reliable transportation, and strong English communication skills. Competitive pay, health benefits, and PTO are offered.

Location: San Antonio North Center

Compensation: $17.50 - $20.50 / hour

Hours of Operation: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm

RBT Sign-on Bonus: $500 (You must be a registered RBT with the BACB to be eligible for the sign on bonus)
