00We are looking for a superintendent willing to travel across the US to oversee and manage construction buildout of various commercial properties. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment that demands attention to detail.

Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Enforcing and adhering to the project schedule.
  • Making sure subcontractors/ vendors meet performance expectations.
  • Giving instructions or orders to subcontractors, vendors and deliveries.
  • Working with the office staff with any necessary change orders and back charges.
  • Ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure and compliant with OSHA regulations (OSHA 30 preferred).
  • Adherence to state and local codes.
  • Proactively arranging for necessary equipment.
  • Keeping construction project on time and within budget.
  • Ensure great customer service at all levels.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly job site.
  • Maintains a high level of integrity.

Environment and Physical Requirements:

  • Work environment - While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts and in outside weather conditions.
  • Physical demands - The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.

Pre-requisites for this position:

  • Preferably the candidate will have 5 years prior experience as a ground up commercial superintendent on jobs that exceed $500,000 overall value.
  • Familiarity with construction management software. (Procore is a plus)
