Marmon Utility LLC in Milford, NH is seeking a dedicated operator to run the Jacket Line on the 7pm-7am shift. You will set up strander and jacket line equipment, monitor raw material, and perform measurements to ensure quality.

Responsibilities

• Operates the Jacket Line meeting quality and productivity specs.
• Sets up strander and jacket line, pay-offs through take-up with correct tooling.
• Monitors raw material flow to ensure continuous operation.
• Uses measuring devices to verify final specs and calibrations.
• Generates product ID tags and maintains records.
• Visually inspects neutral spools for damaged wires and performs cold welds.
• Scraps balance copper from unloaded spools as needed.
• Performs head clean-ups and simple maintenance as scheduled.
• Participates in team meetings and supports continuous improvement.
