Ponte Vedra Inn & Club in Northeast Florida is seeking Full-Time Parking Attendants to greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and provide outstanding service with a professional appearance. You will work as part of a team to ensure smooth traffic flow and a memorable 5-Diamond guest experience.

The role requires a valid driver's license, 18+ years of age, and the ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Substance-free environment; substance testing is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a warm, professional attitude upon arrival and departure.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive first and last impression of the Club.
• Assist guests with directions, information, and requests as needed.
• Monitor parking areas and report safety concerns or incidents.
