Job summary

Ponte Vedra Inn & Club in Northeast Florida is seeking Full-Time Parking Attendants to greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and provide outstanding service with a professional appearance. You will work as part of a team to ensure smooth traffic flow and a memorable 5-Diamond guest experience.

The role requires a valid driver's license, 18+ years of age, and the ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Substance-free environment; substance testing is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a warm, professional, and welcoming attitude upon arrival and departure.
• Provide exceptional customer service while creating a positive first and last impression of the Club.
• Safely park and retrieve member and guest vehicles in a timely manner.
• Assist guests with directions, information, and other requests as needed.
• Maintain organization and traffic flow in parking areas.
• Monitor parking lots and report any safety concerns or incidents to management.
• Assist with special events, guest arrivals, and high-volume periods.
• Work as part of a team to deliver a 5-Diamond guest experience.

Job Duties and Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards.
• Able to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
• Able to safely operate a variety of vehicles, including automatic and manual transmissions preferred.
• Willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
