Viant Medical Inc. in Fort Wayne, IN seeks a CNC Programmer to program, improve, and support 5-axis milling or mill/turn machining. You will work in a team to develop CNC programs and assist with design for manufacturing during new product launches and process improvements.

You’ll collaborate with engineers and machinists, train associates, and help drive quality and efficiency through continuous improvement while complying with FDA and QMS requirements.

Formación

• 3+ years of CNC programming experience or Associate’s degree in technical field with 1-2 years of CNC programming experience.
• Experience with 5-axis milling or mill/turn is preferred.
• Experience with 3-4 axis machining and wire-EDM is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develops, documents, and validates CNC programs for CNC equipment.
• Support 5-axis machines or mill/turn centers; 3-4 axis experience acceptable.
• Work with CNC programmers to support Mill-Turns, Lathes, Swiss Lathes, Wire EDMs.
• Pursue process improvements to increase capability and reduce cycle time.
• Train or assist associates on equipment and related operations.
• Adhere to QMS, EMS, FDA regulations and company policies.
