Job Description

Tellworks Logistics, a growing 3PL provider, is seeking warehouse associates for our USA Parkway location. Associates will perform duties such as labeling, consolidating products, picking and pulling cartons, placing materials on pallets or staging areas, loading/unloading trucks, and matching material documents to orders. Additional tasks may include labeling, cleaning, maintenance, and participating in special projects.

Primary Responsibilities

• Accurately consolidate cartons and materials from storage areas within performance standards.
• Manage inbound and outbound freight from trailers and containers.
• Verify received products against physical counts, ensuring no damage.
• Read and interpret product data to facilitate order processing.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including supplies and merchandise.
• Stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
• Follow safety and compliance policies, including OSHA standards.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to lift, stand, bend, and rotate throughout the shift.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug tests as required.

Physical Demands

• Move around the warehouse to access products and machinery.
• Lift cartons weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Bend using legs at the knees.
