Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Two years related experience and/or training as a baseline requirement.
• First Aid Certification—provided by Yoke's.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store associates to deliver excellent guest service.
• Promote sales and inform guests about promotions and service information.
• Maintain food safety practices and ensure compliance with policies and health regulations.
• Train and develop associates; monitor performance and provide corrective action as needed.
• Oversee front-end operations and cashier supervision to maintain service levels.
• Assist in merchandising, stocking, and inventory controls; support store security and loss prevention.
