Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Valid Texas teaching certificate with appropriate grade-level/content endorsement.
• Must meet TEA certification and assignment requirements.
• Experience with TEKS-based instruction is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with district curriculum and TEKS.
• Deliver engaging instruction that meets grade-level standards.
• Use formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress.
• Adjust instructional strategies based on data and student needs.
• Establish and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
