Responsibilities

• Develops lesson plans and instructional materials and provides individualized and small group instruction to adapt the curriculum to student needs.
• Establishes and maintains standards of student behavior for a productive learning environment.
• Evaluates academic, behavioral, and social growth and prepares progress reports.
• Communicates with students and parents about progress and school programs.
• Participates in curriculum development, faculty meetings, and district initiatives.
