Fusion Academy in California is seeking a Multi-Subject Teacher to deliver personalized, one-on-one instruction across science and other subjects for grades 4–12. You will design lessons, adapt assessments, and mentor students while collaborating with parents and campus staff.

The role emphasizes social‑emotional learning, growth mindset, and a flexible schedule; math teaching is a plus. This part-time position offers potential for hour growth as enrollment expands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or a teaching credential is a plus.
• Ability to teach a wide range of science courses (Earth, Physical, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Astronomy, Earth Space, Anatomy & Physiology, Marine Biology, Zoology) with provided curriculum.
• Experience working with students including those with learning differences, neurodiversity, accelerated learning needs, or mental health challenges.
• Mentoring experience and passion for social-emotional learning.
• Outgoing, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, student-centered environment.

Seeking a teacher that can teach science and other subjects, from 4th grade through 12th grade, and is excited to work with our younger students! Being able to teach math is a big plus! This position is part-time to start, with the potential to grow hours as enrollment grows. Looking for somebody available between 9:30 AM and 2:30 PM.
