Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in engineering, construction management, business or related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated experience with SYNCHRO 4D or similar 4D planning software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update 4D construction models using SYNCHRO 4D Pro by linking approved project schedules with 3D models.
• Integrate schedule activities with model elements to visualize construction sequence and project execution strategy.
• Develop baseline, forecast, recovery, and what-if scenario simulations for execution strategies.
• Support schedule reviews by identifying logic gaps, sequencing issues, and constructability concerns.
• Provide visual schedule analysis to support mitigation planning and project management decisions.
• Lead 4D planning and constructability workshops with project stakeholders to optimize sequencing.
