Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to ensure our beverages are visible and available across OKC routes and surrounding areas. The role covers early morning shifts and involves travel on company routes with a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities include setting up displays, stocking products, and coordinating with customers and teammates. Starting pay ranges from $17.82 to $22.07 per hour, with incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift 50+ pounds, kneel, bend and reach above head height.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards.
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.
