Bristol Bay Native Association is seeking caseworkers to provide essential case management services for eligible residents in Dillingham. Various levels of caseworker positions are available, each requiring different qualifications from a High School Graduate to a Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience.
The role focuses on helping clients access services, develop self-sufficiency plans, and achieve employment. Candidates must possess a valid Alaska Driver’s License and undergo background clearance. Wage ranges from $15.86 to $31.17.
Focusing on case management, provides case management services for all 477 eligible Bristol Bay residents under the Workforce Development (WFD) program, including helping clients gain access to all services allowable under Federal and State regulations and develop self‑sufficiency plans which support finding employment that leads clients to becoming self‑sufficient.
Complete achievement of certain of the above specifications may not be required if, in the opinion of BBNA, a particular candidate possesses significant offsetting characteristics, such as past accomplishments, experience, education, or estimate of future potential.
