The Legal Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for supporting the firm‑wide legal recruiting team by managing and executing key aspects of the recruitment process. This role will ensure consistency across offices, delivering high-quality recruiting services while maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders. The coordinator will assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and pre‑onboarding, as well as maintaining accurate tracking of applicant data. This is a 6‑month project position and a hybrid work schedule is available.
