React Native Mobile Software Developer

Location: Remote

Length & Time Requirements: ~20 hours per week, for a 6 week time frame for feature work based on mobile wireframes and setting up mobile app usage analytics.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Contract React Native Developer to improve the mobile application for both the iOS and Android platforms. You will work closely with a small team to deliver high-quality, user-friendly mobile experiences.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop a cross platform mobile application using React Native
2. Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, polished mobile application
3. Write clean, efficient, well tested, and maintainable code
4. Optimize mobile application for performance and scalability
5. Expand mobile app event tracking

Requirements:

1. Proven experience developing mobile applications using React Native
2. Strong proficiency in TypeScript
3. Solid understanding of mobile app development concepts and best practices
4. Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
5. Familiarity with native build tools, like Xcode, Android Studio, and Gradle
6. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
7. Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with additional mobile development frameworks (e.g., Swift, Kotlin)
2. Knowledge of native iOS and Android development
3. Familiarity with backend technologies
4. Next.js and Vercel web platform experience
