Base pay range

$13.00/hr - $18.00/hr

We are looking for the best caregivers in Smithville, TX, and surrounding areas, to work at East Austin, Bastrop, Smithville, La Grange, and surrounding areas, in a healthy and happy environment, with a competitive pay, and looking to start as soon as possible!

Schedule: Part-time (Flexible schedules)

Base pay: $13 - $18 an hour

Special requirements: Willing to drive at least 30 minutes to arrive at the client’s home

SITTER / COMPANION MUST HAVE A STRONG WORK ETHIC AND A CAN-DO ATTITUDE!

Sitter/Companion duties:

• Provide companionship to the client.
• Prepare meals.
• Light housekeeping.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Provide transportation (Valid DL required).
• Promote positive, supportive, respectful communication to patients, families, and staff.
• Maintain respect for patient privacy and property.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills.
• Report unsafe conditions, problems, and observations to supervisor.
• Attend required in-services for professional growth and competency.
• Promote the Right at Home philosophy and policies to ensure quality care.
