Job Description / Cocinero Industrial: Descripción de Trabajo

• Cooking variety of sauces, soups, salsas, and beans in industrial size kettles (200 gallons) / Cocinar variedad de salsas para pastas, salsas, frijoles en batches tamaño industrial (200 galones)
• Ensuring each cook cycle is completed accurately by controlling the ingredients entering the kettle, the cook time and cook temperatures. /Asegurarse de que cada ciclo de cocción se complete con precisión controlando los ingredientes que ingresan al hervidor, el tiempo de cocción y las temperaturas de cocción.
