A remote contracting company is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to focus on cold outreach and meeting generation with key buyers. The role requires 2–5+ years of B2B lead generation experience, expertise in direct-response copywriting, and discipline in CRM management. Responsibilities include prospecting, campaign operations, and maintaining reporting systems. This position offers hourly pay plus performance bonuses per qualified meetings and closed deals.

Own cold outreach and meeting generation with the right buyers. Build targeted lists, run direct-response campaigns (email + LinkedIn), book demos, and keep the CRM/reporting clean so we can forecast and scale. Use AI only as a speed boost (drafting, research), not the strategy.
Titles: COO, CTO, VP/Dir. Operations, VP/Dir. Engineering/IT, Head of Integrations, Agency/Systems-Integrator owners
Company size: SMB → mid-market; project-driven orgs with integration pain (e-comm, ERP/accounting, logistics, SaaS)
Buyer vibe: practical, technical, often male 50s–60s, collaborates closely with programmers
Meetings booked: 6–10 qualified per month (ramp to 12–16 by Day 90)
Top-of-funnel: 60–100 new qualified accounts/contacts added weekly
Activity & conversion: 200–400 targeted cold emails/week, ≥8–12% positive interest on segmented sends
CRM hygiene: 100% active opps with next step + date; weekly pipeline/margin snapshot
Paid hourly + performance bonus per qualified meeting and per closed SOW. Exact structure finalized at offer.
