• Handle Level 3 (L3) activities: incident resolution, change management, and complex troubleshooting.
• Maintain and optimize AD infrastructure (DNS, GPOs, replication).
• Monitor Entra AD Connect Health portal for sync alerts and performance analytics.
• Configure Entra AD Connect, OAuth, OIDC, and SAML integrations.
• Develop advanced PowerShell scripts and Graph API integrations for automation.
• Lead governance meetings and mentor junior engineers.

• AD replication troubleshooting, schema updates, GPmanagement.

• Enterprise app registration, SSconfiguration, certificate updates.

ADFS

• Federation setup, DR planning, certificate management.

Architecture & Design

• Implement MFA, Conditional Access, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
