A leading company in Fort Wayne is seeking a dedicated individual for the operation and maintenance of production equipment. The role involves setup, adjustment, and monitoring of machinery, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Candidates should have at least an eighth-grade education, with a preference for those holding a high school diploma and some work experience. A commitment to a drug-free workplace and adherence to safety protocols is essential.
Responsible for operation, setup, and adjustment of production equipment as required. Assists with setups, tool room, and maintenance with debugging of equipment and tooling.
Required: Eighth grade education. Deviations from the above requirements (e.g., substituting more work experience for required education) will be evaluated and approved by the Operations Manager.
Preferred: High school diploma with approximately six months of work experience.
