Job summary

PMG Carolinas LLC is hiring a Retail Customer Service Associate for our Blythewood location. You will greet customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, and support daily store tasks to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED or are in school, with good communication and reliable transportation. Flexibility to work various shifts and a friendly, responsible attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or aptitude preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle basic transactions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience.
• Operate cash register per PMG standards including cash handling, lottery, and paperwork.
• Execute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Stock and merchandise the sales floor and coolers.
• Conduct vendor check-ins as needed.
• Communicate daily issues to Management.
• Adhere to PMG safety and operational policies.
• Demonstrate integrity, honesty, and respect in all actions.
• Support Management with assigned tasks.
• Assist with exterior/interior cleaning.

Description

Candidate meets and exceeds customer expectations on an ongoing basis. To ensure every customer has been provided an exceptional experience, candidate must work with their team members and provide support to Management, to complete all store level tasks related to customer service, merchandising, daily cleaning, cash register duties, and other related tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities *Includes, but not limited to*

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience on an ongoing basis
• Operate cash register, according to PMG standards, surrounding cash handling, record keeping, lottery management, and shift paperwork
• Execute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency
• Sales Floor Merchandising/Stocking
• Cooler Merchandising
• Vendor Check-Ins
• Communication of daily issues/challenges with Management
• Ensure PMG policies and procedures surrounding Safety and Operational Excellence are executed
• Perform work with Integrity, Honesty, and Respect
• Support Management with other assigned tasks
• Exterior/Interior Cleaning

Requirements

Education

• *Preferred* High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or currently enrolled in high school; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
