A staffing agency is seeking a 401k Data Conversion analyst for a long-term contract. Job: 401k Data Conversion analyst

Location: Covington KY or Merrimack NH or Westlake TX (2 weeks onsite per month)

Long term contract

MUST HAVE: 401k experience, BA experience (client facing / requirement gathering).

Backgrounds the team has hired in the past (HR Payroll, HR Generalists, Sales & Technology Sales, Actuaries, Pension Admins, BAs). Don\'t really care too much about job titles; the 401K and BA experience are most important.

The Expertise We’re Looking For

• This position requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a combination of implementation and/or 401(k) operations. The individual should have a general understanding of the retirement market, client service, implementation processes, and a demonstrated ability in the duties and responsibilities mentioned above.
• Strong organizational and operational skills and the ability to work well with internal partners. The ability to anticipate potential problems and to plan for such events.
