You will educate plan participants about options, assist with inquiries, and tailor solutions to retirement needs.

Collaboration with internal teams and a meticulous, detail-focused approach are essential for success in Avon, Connecticut.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of 401(k) plan administration experience.
• Strong understanding of ERISA, IRS regulations, and 401(k) compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retirement plan recordkeeping systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
